By using www.madeby45.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

45° is a premium minimalist streetwear brand. All products are made to order through print-on-demand partners.

2. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where a listing shows an obvious pricing or description error — in that case we’ll contact you and offer a full refund.

You will receive an order confirmation by email — this is acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance. A contract is formed when your order is dispatched.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to prices. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. As products are made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for production plus delivery time. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the 45° name, logo, brand identity, and MOVE DIFFERENT slogan — is the property of MADE BY 45 LTD. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt fraudulent orders, or to copy, scrape or extract data from the site without our permission. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, MADE BY 45 LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products, and our liability is limited to the value of your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
