Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at info@fortyfivebrand.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Non-returnable items Sale items and custom/personalised orders cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
